Volunteer Memphis will facilitate its second MLK Days of Service weekend January 12-15, 2018. The purpose of this four-day experience is to empower individuals, strengthen communities, bridge barriers, create solutions to social problems and move closer to Dr. King’s vision of community.
Volunteer Memphis has expanded its goals for 2018 to make this service weekend even more impactful, with plans to increase service project listings from 100 to 500 projects across eight Memphis metro counties and increase engaged volunteers from 3,000 to 5,000.
