Improving personal health tops the list of resolutions each year, and Church Health’s Community Culinary Medicine Cooking series is giving Memphians an opportunity to accomplish this goal.
The series is a health assessment that will examine the program’s impact on each participant’s health over the course of a year. Participants will learn healthy cooking practices, how to prep meals and more. At the end of each class, they will enjoy the delicious and nutritious meal they’ve prepared.
The free series begins Jan. 23. Participants must be at least 16 years old. Register today at eventbrite.com.
