Shelby County Schools offered education majors and potential teacher candidates a glimpse into teaching and living in Memphis during the inaugural SCS Preview Weekend.
More than 250 attendees came from diverse locations, including foreign countries and Milwaukee, to discover why they should, “Choose SCS. Teach Memphis.” They learned about the innovative and progressive education practices in the district and witnessed the fun you can have living and playing in the Bluff City during a reception and Grizzlies game at FedExForum.
