Andy Ticer and Michael Hudman might be the most distinguished chefs in Memphis. The pair have been named James Beard Award finalists four times. They currently operate the Enjoy AM Restaurant Group.
This year, they’ve decided to cook up a charity dinner series, which started in January. The series is bringing James Beard-winning chefs from multiple cities to Ticer and Hudman’s four Memphis restaurants.
Those who attend an upcoming dinner can choose from a menu created in part by a visiting chef. Catch Rebecca Wilcomb of Gianna on March 4. In April, Jason Stanhope of FIG comes to town.
