by The 100 Companies

A self-described “cook that became a writer,” Virginia Willis is the author of “Secrets of the Southern Table: A Food Lover’s Tour of the Global South,” and a number of other cookbooks featuring Southern cuisine.

Her career has taken her to the kitchens of celebrities such as Martha Stewart, Bobby Flay and Nathalie Dupree; she’s been on a first-name basis with Julia Child and baked cookies with The Rock.
