It’s that time of year again. Crawfish season is in full swing, and there are two great festivals next month that feature “crawlers” as the main draw.
The Overton Square Memphis Crawfish Festival on April 13 will have art, music and a million pounds of crawfish. The event benefits A Betor Way, a nonprofit that assists those suffering from addiction.
On April 28, head to the Rajun Cajun Crawfish Festival and take part in crawfish bobbing, eating and even a gumbo cook-off if you’re so inclined. The best part? There is no admission charge for this family-friendly festival.
