Craig Blondis and Roger Sapp’s restaurant concept, Central BBQ, has caught on like wildfire since the two opened their first establishment in Midtown 16 years ago. Now, they’re preparing to spread their wings beyond Memphis by opening a Central BBQ in Nashville.
It will be the restaurant chain’s fifth location and is set to open in early 2019. But that’s not the only exciting change at Central BBQ as of late. Location number four opens on Poplar Avenue in Memphis early next month.
Also, the pig logo is gone, in lieu of the traditional Memphis colors of blue and white.
