The war for talent may be slightly waning, but many of our PR clients are still looking to add new team members at all levels. With all the different places to look, where should you post to get the best people?
1. Indeed is best for more entry to mid-level positions, as well as “general” office positions (think: office manager, operations specialist, etc.).
2. LinkedIn is best for mid to senior-level positions, where people are more likely to look at LinkedIn as their “one-stop-shop.”
3. PRSA local/national boards are great to target your jobs to the professionals you want most.
