We know it’s hard to move around during the day. Try these three easy stretches from your desk:
1. Spine twist: Cross one leg over the other, then gently twist your spine to one side of your chair, grabbing on to the chair’s arm. Repeat on the other side.
2. Wrist stretch: Press your palms together in front of you and hold for several seconds. Next, push the back of your hands together and hold.
3. Arm hug: Take one arm across your chest until you’re touching the opposite shoulder. Use your outside arm to push back on your elbow.
