Two Rivers Is Midtown’s First Dedicated Sci-Fi and Fantasy Bookstore

Midtown now has its first bookstore dedicated to sci-fi and fantasy literature. Two Rivers, located in the heart of Cooper-Young, sells new releases, gently loved books and vintage pulp novels. Authors whose works are sold include Octavia Butler, N.K. Jemisin, Neil Gaiman, Joseph Fink and Isaac Asimov.

The bookstore also has a gift shop featuring unusual gifts and curiosities, and carries items such as natural incense, skin care and perfumes produced by other local small businesses, and it’s launching a book club that will be meeting once a month to discuss a sci-fi or fantasy novel.
