East High School to Offer T-STEM for Students

by Michael Polzella

Next year, historic East High School will open as East High School T-STEM. The “T” is for transportation, a booming industry that is picking up steam across the nation.

Paired with STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), the new Mustangs will have the opportunity to learn from local corporate partners such as FedEx, AutoZone and Black Aerospace Professionals. East offers Advanced Placement, Honors and dual enrollment courses, as well as top-tier athletic programs.

East High School T-STEM is enrolling ninth graders in its inaugural program. For more information or to enroll your child, visit www.scsk12.org.
