The Levitt Shell’s Orion free concert series returns this fall for eight weekends of live music at Overton Park.
Making its triumphant return since pandemic cancelations, the 2021 season will commence Sept. 3-Oct. 23 with shows every Friday and Saturday at 7:30pm. Attendees will enjoy largely local and regional acts from pop to hip-hop, country, soul and more.
The Levitt Shell is also partnering with the Memphis Black Arts Alliance to showcase Black artists during each concert this year. Launched in 1982, they are one of the oldest and most esteemed African American-focused arts organizations in Memphis.
