Zombies return to Downtown Memphis May 26, with the undead departing from Handy Park at 7:30 p.m. and meandering down Beale Street and into South Main District in search of brains.
The event is for all ages and leashed dogs are welcome. Staging and free makeup will begin at 3:30 in the park, where monetery and canned food donations will be collected for the Mid-South Food Bank.
The living are also invited. If you’ve never been, it’s quite a spectacle, and you’ll want to snap some pics and gather in the park afterwards for live music.
