Minority-owned startups get push with Propel

by

The City of Memphis Office of Business Diversity & Compliance has partnered with Start Co to launch Propel, a business accelerator for minority-owned startups.

The 12-week program will help minority small-business owners build capacity and enhance business models through hands-on programs, mentoring experiences and technical resources. To qualify, businesses must have been operating for three years and have at least two full-time employees and $200,000 in annual revenue. In addition to weekly programming, participants will receive one-on-one support.

Applications will be accepted until Oct. 29. The program runs Nov. 5–Jan. 14, 2019.
