The name Joseph Boyd may not be familiar to you, but his work is displayed throughout Memphis.
Boyd is the creator of some of the most notable murals around the city. His butterfly wings are the backdrop for numerous social media selfies, but his work goes beyond walls. The Memphis native also uses unconventional canvasses, including caps, shoes, purses and more for creative expression.
On Sundays, Boyd incorporates art into his Sunday school lessons to encourage the next generation to believe. Monday through Saturday, he runs his business, Flight of Fancy Co., at 80 North Tillman, Suite 107 in Binghampton.
